  8. The Color Pilot is shareware. This means:

  10.  - All copyrights to Color Pilot are exclusively owned by
  11.    Invention Office RG.
  12.  
  13.  - Anyone may use this software unregistred during any period.
  14.  
  15.  - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license
  16.    to use Color Pilot on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any
  17.    legal purpose, at a time. The registered Color Pilot software
  18.    may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred,
  19.    if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If
  20.    the software is an update, the transfer must include the update
  21.    and all previous versions.

  23.  - The Color Pilot unregistered shareware version may be freely
  24.    distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.
  25.    No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of
  26.    Color Pilot without written permission from the copyright holder.

  28.  - Color Pilot IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
  29.    IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE
  30.    AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF
  31.    PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
